Rachel Evans – Personal Biography

Rachel has over 20 years’ experience in employment law.

Rachel advises employers and employees on a wide range of employment issues, including unfair and wrongful dismissal, redundancy, disability discrimination claims, disciplinary and grievance issues, and claims at the Employment Tribunal. She also has extensive experience in preparing and advising on settlement agreements, employment contracts, service agreements, consultancy agreements and employment handbooks and policies.

Before arriving at DPH Legal, Rachel worked at a prestigious national law firm where she gained wide ranging experience that included providing legal advice to company directors and other senior personnel as well as acting for rugby clubs and representing senior police officers in relation to complex high value disputes.

Rachel is known for her pragmatic advice and her swift comprehension of complex legal matters. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures that she leaves no stone unturned in her pursuit of justice for aggrieved employees.

She is a highly skilled negotiator. Her purposeful and pragmatic approach is aimed at resolving matters as swiftly as possible and achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients.

Rachel is also a member of the Law Society and the Employment Lawyer’s Association.

Outside of work, Rachel is an avid Liverpool fan and in addition, can regularly be seen at Villa Park supporting her son’s football team. Rachel has two other children and spends her time catering for their every need.
