Jonathan Frederick – Personal Biography
Jonathan is a dual-qualified lawyer, who qualified as a Barrister in 2000 and a Solicitor-Advocate (All Higher Rights) in 2004. Jonathan has over 24 years of experience in employment law.
Jonathan advises employers and employees on a wide range of employment and human resources issues, including reorganisation, redundancies, TUPE, discrimination and unfair dismissal. Jonathan has extensive experience in drafting and advising on settlement agreements, contracts of employment, senior executive contracts, employee handbooks and company policies.
Jonathan has extensive experience in representing clients in the Employment Tribunal in preliminary and multi-day final hearings.
Jonathan is known for his straightforward approach and for giving clients commercially focused and practical legal advice and solutions.
Jonathan is a Member of the Law Society, SRA and the Inner Temple
Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys practical and long-range target shooting, going to the gym and spending time with his family.
