Angalee Pandya – Personal Biography

Angalee qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and has over twenty years of experience in employment law.

Angalee advises employers and employees on a wide range of employment issues, including unfair and wrongful dismissal, redundancy, work-related stress, bullying and harassment, discrimination, disciplinary and grievance issues, and claims at the Employment Tribunal. She also has extensive experience in preparing and advising on settlement agreements, employment contracts, service agreements, consultancy agreements and employment handbooks and policies.

Angalee is known for her “no nonsense” advice and her ability to find a solution to complex legal matters in a cost efficient manner. Her clients appreciate her understanding of their individual needs and concerns, and her commitment to providing them with the highest quality of legal representation and guidance. Her in depth knowledge of employment legislation allows her to effectively guide clients through legal challenges while protecting their rights and interests.
