Benjamin is an experienced employment law solicitor, specialising in advising both employees and employers on a wide range of issues such as unfair dismissal, redundancy, discrimination, and whistleblowing.
Since qualifying in 2019, he has gained significant experience, particularly in Employment Tribunal claims, having previously worked with trade unions. He has worked across various industries, including healthcare and shipping, and is skilled in negotiating settlements and resolving disputes.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his children, playing guitar, and staying active through fell walking and weightlifting.
