David Brown

David Brown – Personal Biography

David advises on all aspects of employment law to both individuals and businesses. The types of businesses David has advised range from SMEs through to large PLCs. He is known for his practical and commercial advice, tailored to the needs of the business, whilst still providing robust legal assistance aiming to meet the client’s objectives.

David has extensive experience in dealing with strategic planning for businesses across redundancy, TUPE and senior management exits/negotiations. During his time in this field, David has acted for national Trade Unions and Staff Associations on behalf of their members, assisting with internal grievances matters together with specific representation for Tribunal cases.

It is important to David to not just give a commentary on the law but to provide his clients with the specific support and advice they require with solution-based advice.

In his spare time, David enjoys watching sport, playing cricket and golf, travelling abroad and also spending time with friends and family as much as possible.
