James Eden

James Eden – Personal Biography

James qualified as a solicitor in 2014.

He has extensive experience advising on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues, for both employers and employees, including assisting clients in bringing and defending claims in the Employment Tribunal.

James has experience in advising on matters including disciplinary and grievance issues, employment contracts, restrictive covenants and settlement agreements.

James also has experience dealing with a wide variety of commercial litigation matters on behalf of individual and commercial clients including small claims, fast-track and multi-track cases.

James is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, the SRA and the Law Society.
