Samuel Gray – Personal Biography

Samuel earned an LLB Degree at the University of Law Chester and went on to complete his Legal Practice Course, earning an LLM Masters in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law Guildford.  He joined DPH Legal in August 2019, having previously practised as a solicitor at a niche employment law practice in Guildford.

Samuel has extensive experience in advising both employees and employers on the full range of employment law matters.  These include Employment Tribunal claims such as unfair dismissal claims and discrimination claims under the Equality Act 2010.

He has negotiated exits and settlement agreements and provided advice to employers on disciplinary procedures and other HR matters, as well as the reviewing and drafting of employment documents, including employment contracts and handbooks, consultancy agreements and settlement agreements.

Samuel is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

Outside of work, Samuel enjoys travelling to locations such as the Philippines, Vietnam and Thailand.
