Katarzyna Torunska – Personal Biography

Katarzyna is an experienced Employment Solicitor with a diverse background across employment and litigation disciplines. Originally hailing from Poland, she moved to the UK in 2010.

Katarzyna completed her training contract with a boutique law firm in Manchester. Thereafter Katarzyna practiced law within a large employment team of a national law firm where she gained a wealth of experience representing Claimants and Respondents in a wide variety of cases. These included claims of unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, and disability discrimination.

Katarzyna now advises individuals and companies on all aspects of employment law. She represents senior executives and corporate clients. She deals with both contentious and non-contentious employment matters and her approach has been described as pragmatic and commercial. Katarzyna has extensive experience in drafting employment contracts, director’s service agreements and settlement agreements. She provides advice on the full range of employment law issues.

Katarzyna is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Law Society.

In her free time, Katarzyna enjoys travelling and is a keen cyclist.
